I was fascinated by how something as simple as shifting your focus could completely change what you see. That fascination is what first drew me to photography.

Back in 2012, buying my first DSLR wasn’t easy. It took time, patience, and a lot of determination — but I knew this was something I genuinely wanted to pursue.

Today I’m a Canon-certified photographer specialising in Product and Interior & Architecture photography. I believe a photograph should do more than show a product or a space. It should bring out the details, craftsmanship, and personality that make it worth noticing.

Landscape photography is still my favourite. Traveling across Pakistan, chasing light and exploring new places has shaped the way I see every frame — whether I’m photographing a mountain range, a product, or a beautifully designed interior.

Although I’m a Mechanical Engineer by education, creativity always pulled me in a different direction. Choosing passion over the conventional path wasn’t always the easier choice. It demanded grit, patience, and the willingness to keep going through uncertain times. Looking back, I’d make the same decision every time.

That journey eventually became Mohsin Ali Now Productions, where I work with a talented team creating photography, films, documentaries, commercial visual content, and photography training. I also enjoy sharing what I know through content that inspires and educates fellow creatives.

At the end of the day, photography has never been about pressing a shutter for me.

It’s about seeing what others might miss.
